Evaluation

“zCore” is a universal platform for organizing and conducting events of a competitive nature, which allows a completely anonymous and secure way to evaluate users.

How it works?
-Participants register through an online registration form;
-zCore takes information from the registration form and adds users to the database;
-On the day of the event, the system is ready for use on any device;
-Each member of the jury is assessed via tablet or phone;
-The members of the jury are part of the audience and do not have the right to talk and discuss the performance of the participants among themselves;
-The participant receives a total score as a sum of 5 criteria, previously announced in the rules of the category in which he participates. Each member of the jury does not assign a general assessment to the candidate, but is obliged to assign an assessment to each of the criteria. The system collects the result of all 5 criteria and forms a total score;
-The system automatically excludes the highest and lowest score obtained for each participant. The sum of the remaining total marks is added up and divided by the number of remaining jury members. This is how a final assessment is obtained for each participant, obtained in a maximally objective way;
– Namely, after the inclusion of the voting, each participant can see their results (total score received, as well as the score for each criterion) even before the classification is published;
– The jury has no right to change the results, but only to award pre-announced prizes based on them. The system does not allow revoting of the results in any way;
-After the awards are given in the database, the results obtained, the system ranking and everyone can see the total number of points of all posted users in all categories;
-The system does not allow the members of the jury to rate their or former students! This information is strictly tracked and verified by the organizers as well.
