Chamber Music

4 age groups · 2–5 performers · at least one classical guitar. For duos, trios, quartets, and quintets that include at least one classical guitar.

Four age groups for duos, trios, quartets, and quintets. At least one participant in each group must perform a classical guitar part, and the applicable age group is determined by the oldest participant.

Who it is for: Chamber groups of two to five performers that include at least one classical guitar. The programme may be performed from memory or from the score.

Chamber Music – Group I, up to 11 years of age

  • Entry fee: €40 / late fee €52 per ensemble
  • Duration: up to 6 min.
  • Format: in person

Chamber Music – Group II, up to 14 years of age

  • Date: 28 November 2026
  • Entry fee: €50 / late fee €65 per ensemble
  • Duration: 7–10 min.
  • Format: in person

Chamber Music – Group III, up to 19 years of age

  • Date: 28 November 2026
  • Entry fee: €60 / late fee €78 per ensemble
  • Duration: 10–13 min.
  • Format: in person

Chamber Music – Group IV, no age restrictions

  • Date: 28 November 2026
  • Entry fee: €80 / late fee €104 per ensemble
  • Duration: 14–17 min.
  • Format: in person

Regulation

Participation in more than one section

The same ensemble may enter only one age group in the Chamber Music section. It may also enter another section, provided it meets the relevant requirements.
