1. Guitar ensembles of a minimum of 6 students are allowed to participate. All entrants must be under 14 years of age on the start date of the competition (born in 2010 or later). Performers of other musical instruments or singers are allowed to participate in the ensemble. The participation of a teacher in the guitar ensemble and/or the participation of a conductor is allowed.

2. In order to register for participation, each ensemble must complete the online registration form by 15.11.2024. After this date, registration is possible, but with a 30% higher fee until 1.12.2024. Upon successful registration, each ensemble will receive an email with access to their profile on the festival website, in which to attach the following documents by 1/12/2024:
– completed and signed GDPR declaration (by all participants) – you will find the form in your profile, which you will receive after registration;
– photo;
– declaration from a parent confirming the participant’s age (by all participants) – you will find the form in your profile, which you will receive after registration;
– repertoire list;
– document for paid fee.

3. The competition program lasts a minimum of 9 minutes to a maximum of 12 minutes.
The candidates present two or more plays of their choice.
Plays are performed by heart or with note sheets!

4. The fee for participation in the competition program is BGN 30 per participant ( approx. 16 euro). If the ensemble consists of six performers, the fee should be BGN 180 (approx. 93 euro), for seven – BGN 210 (approx. 108 euro) etc.

5. The organizers offer:
– An accommodation packages that includes:
   * nights with breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to the schedule of the competition in the hotel “Tourist House Kailaka”.
   * organized bus transport from/to the hotel  to/from the concert evenings, competition halls fully aligned with the schedule of the event;
   * pass (FULL PASS) for all 8 concerts during the event;
   * FULL access to all events during the festival – competitions, master classes, exhibition. For more information see here.
–  organized bus transportation from and to Sofia airport, which will take all those who wish directly to the festival hotel. For more information see here. 
– A promotional pass that provides access to all  concerts, passive participation in master classes, all other activities previously announced in  the event schedule. Value: BGN 80 (41 euro);

6. The jury’s evaluation criteria are: ensemble playing skills; artistic and technical difficulty; interpretation; sound quality and intonation, stage presence.

7. The jury reserves the right not to award all announced prizes. The decisions of the jury are final and unappealable.

8. The results are officially announced in the online platform zCore, which will be placed on the website of the festival. Participants, as well as their relatives, have no right to demand results from members of the jury before their official announcement by the organizers.
The category grand prize goes to the group with the highest score and cannot be shared between two ensembles. The winner of the grand prize of the category participates in a gala concert of the laureates. In this category, more than one first, second or third prize is awarded, depending on the result obtained:
-90-100 points (first prize);
-80-89 points (second prize);
-70-79 points (third prize);
-60-69 points (special award).

9. Prize fund:
-Grand prize of the category: One statuette; medals for all participants;  diplomas for all participants; material prizes; Professional audio and video recording of participation in the gala concert; 
First Prize: Medals for all participants, diplomas for all participants, material prizes provided by the sponsors of the festival; 
Second Prize: Medals for all participants, diplomas for all participants; material prizes provided by the sponsors of the festival;
Third Prize: Medals for all participants, diplomas for all participants; material prizes provided by the sponsors of the festival;
Special Award: Diplomas for all participants; material prizes provided by the sponsors of the festival.
