Banda Del Padre

At the heart of Banda Del Padre is lead singer Christo Koulikov! A Salzburg-educated classical guitarist and singer, along his career Christo performs with many bands, all centered around Spanish musical traditions.

In 2009 Christo joines forces with Tsvetan Andreev and Simeon Ivanov to form Rumba Aficionado. The band’s flamenco inspired sound attracts a loyal following, and many guest musicians.

In 2011 the pilot single Rubí is released, followed by the album in 2012. The single charts #1 on the Bulgarian National Radio chart, and #3 on the Bulgarian singles Top 40.

In 2012 they change name to Banda Del Padre. Today the band continues to broaden their sound and delight fans with their heartfelt and vibrant performances.
