– organized bus transport from/to the hotel  to/from the concert evenings, competition halls fully aligned with the schedule of the event;
– pass (WEEKEND PASS) for concerts during the event;
– access to all events during the festival – competitions, master classes, exhibition;
– promotional gift souvenirs from the festival;
– personal named schedule, tailored to the activities of the guests;
– creative meetings with all guests of the festival (performers, participants and organizers).

Kailaka Tourist House Hotel is located in the peaceful “Kailaka Nature Park”, surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air;

TRANSPORT FROM SOFIA AIRPORT TO PLEVEN
– The organizers offer organized bus transportation from and to Sofia airport, which will take all those who wish directly to the festival hotel.
– Time and date of departure from Sofia airport – 4.12 Wednesday: between 15:00 and 16:00 depending on the flights (Bulgarian time).
-Time of departure from the Tourist House hotel- 09.12 Monday early morning, as the exact time will often be determined by the earliest flight (Bulgarian time).
Price:  52 euro (BGN 100) (includes both directions)
Note:
-Transport is carried out with a licensed professional transport company.
-The organizers do NOT offer airport pickup and drop off in other time zones.

TRANSPORT IN THE CITY OF PLEVEN
Organizers offer organized transportation from the hotel to concert and competition halls and back ONLY to participants who have requested MAX or WEEKEND accommodation packages.
