Stephanos Demetriou was born in the city of Limassol, Cyprus. From an early age, he was inspired by the classical guitar and began to learn on his own as well as with various teachers. Subsequently, he continued his education in Sofia, under Assoc. Dr. Rosen Balkanski. In 2017, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree and a year later, a master’s degree at the “Pancho Vladigerov” National Academy of Sciences – Sofia. During these years, he participated in many concerts and competitions with different compositions and as a soloist in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Switzerland and Austria. He is currently engaged in teaching, composition and arranging. Experiments with different compositions, often with improvisation as a means and music itself as a form of communication and communication together with other arts.
